Campus Plus is a global brand with presence in Australia, UK, New Zealand and now Canada. Since starting in Australia in 2020, Campus Plus has worked with thousands of researchers, hundreds of institutions and supported dozens of commercialization offices across our markets.

Our clients are public research organizations such as universities and public research institutes. Our goal is to support our clients to do more with less to commercialize ideas, inventions and innovations from across Canada.

Our products support low-cost, high-quality talent identification for research commercialization, at scale. We do this by enabling quality engagement with researchers to identify their ‘commercialization curiosity’, while supporting the development of their commercialization skills and acumen.

We are experienced practitioners with established relationships across the globe. Our Canada-based team are backed up by deep global connections.

Following 10 years building and scaling commercialization at Victoria University of Wellington through Wellington UniVentures—including 5 years as CEO—Anne co-founded Campus-Plus New Zealand to support Aotearoa New Zealand’s Publicly-Funded Research Organizations amplify the translation of their ground-breaking publicly funded research to impact outcomes. She is pleased to bring Campus Plus to Canada, working with an on the ground team to deliver Campus Plus solutions across Canada.

Beckie Duffy, CAMPUS PLUS MARKETING AND ENGAGEMENT LEAD

Beckie’s extensive experience in marketing and engagement brings a fresh perspective to research commercialization in Aotearoa New Zealand. She has worked with big brands and small, and has enabled the development of entrepreneurs for more than 25 years.

Building on 5 years driving engagement focus at Wellington UniVentures, Beckie has co-founded Campus Plus New Zealand to support the continued growth of sophisticated commercialization in the New Zealand ecosystem.

Our professional development programs are designed to sit prior to traditional commercialization processes and existing initiatives such as Lab2Market and other TTO or innovation ecosystem support programs.

Our programs identify commercialization curiosity and talent early and at scale, empowering the creation of commercialization pipeline and talent.

Rich engagement insights created through Platform Plus enable commercialization professionals and TTOs to do more with what they’ve got across the commercialization process.

Finally, our Curiosity Fund (launching in 2026) will support via investment funding through pre-seed, Seed and Series A rounds for Campus Plus affiliated institution spin outs.
